WHY? Abby Can You Help Me?

I have to call Abby! Maybe you can help tell me why my moms pictures have started messing up? I have been watching her and she makes them the way they are supposed to be and then she saves them and when she posts them they are wrong! Sis I know that your mom is smarter than my mom about these things maybe she can help her out.
