More Playtime:)

Here I come! There I go!

Hi Everyone,

This morning I got a little mini bath my paws needed cleaned and I got a lot wetter than mom wanted me to but I was having fun! Then we got to go outside and play fetch with my ball I LOVE doing that. Mom got some pictures today. The race got rained out or we were going to watch that. I needed a little nap anyway! We went for a ride to the farm and fleet store and I think I have mom talked into playing with the ball a little more here in a little while:):) Not too much else going on today it's a pretty quiet Sunday! Hi Everyone:)

Today I got to go to puppy playtime at the The Dog Den for an hour. Boy did I have fun! I met another cocker her name is Bailey and she is 5 1/2 months old and half the size I am but she sure was fun to play with. We got to run and play for an hour. I really had a good time and if we are home next Saturday I get to go back. They spray water at us when we are naughty but I thought that was cool since I like water. Mom would tell me no when I did something wrong I know what that means and mind pretty good some of the ladies that work at the Dog Den were impressed with that. Then we came home and had lunch and watched the pickup race on TV. There weren't too many fans in the stands for that and I guess they might get rained out tomorrow if the weather forecast is right. Now I'm taking a nap and mom said we might get to go play fetch with my ball in the timber later I really like doing that too. So I am getting plenty of exercise and growing like a weed mom says. Me and Mom

Hi Everyone,

Mom is still working on getting the label under the picture she hasn't quite got that figured out yet but she is trying! And she started writing and then lost it and had to start over (it's not her night). We had a good day together. This morning we got to play fetch with my ball in the timber, that was a LOT of fun!:) Then we went to lunch and I had to stay in the car but I'm really good with that I lay down on the floor and I get a treat when mom and dad get back. I got to go into the Harley shop and they all love me there too. I got to get up on the counter while dad got a new air pressure gauge. Then we took dad home and mom and I went to Pets Mart and I got another tag for my collar I can go to all the doggie parks in the county now. One day soon we are going to go with mom's friend Ursula and my friend Seppi. I got to pick out a new rope toy at Pets Mart that was really cool. It's still nice outside and I think we are going to take a walk tonight. I hope that all of you have a good night too:) Tomorrow I get to go to The Dog Den for an hour of puppy play time with a lot of other puppies. Hi Everyone,

I hope all is well in your world! Mine is pretty good. Today I got to go with mom to run some errands. I want to jump in the pickup myself and as soon as I get a little bigger I will be able too! We went to the bank and mom had to take me in so all the girls could fuss over me. Tell me how cute I am and I was a perfectly behaved little boy! I love all the attention:):) When mom goes in places I can't go in she tells me what a good boy I am sleeping on the floor in front of her seat! I tried to get in her lap when she was driving but that didn't work out so well for me. I can't believe it's been 3 weeks since I got to my new home. Mom doesn't know where we might go next but as soon as we find out she will update. It might rain here a little tomorrow. So far we haven't had any rain just the little bit of snow last week mom knows that when it rains it will be a real pain for me to go out to do my business. Last night when we went to bed I had to go back outside and it only took me two times jumping off the bed for mom to figure it out. I had a little nap and wanted to play and we got to for just a little bit. We got to sleep in this morning, mom took me out at 5:30 and then we went back to bed that was a good thing I wasn't ready to get up yet anyway. When mom was at Wal Mart she got some new pics of me developed and she learned how to burn a CD on her computer tonight so that she can print some of the pictures gma Mary sent to her when I was just a baby. Mom is pretty happy about that she has a little picture album of me and she likes to show me off. Hope everyone at SBG is doing great especially all the pups looking for new homes. Dedication to Nanny Janice

Good Morning:) It is beautiful in WI and I am here sleeping at mom's feet while she takes care of this for me. I want to dedicate this blog to my Nanny Janice and let her know that I love her, gma Mary, gpa Phil and all the babies at SBG! I will not forget any of you and mom wants to come and visit wherever we can get a chance. I came from a very special place and I want everyone to know that! I hope that all the little boys that gma Mary has find a special place like I have. Yesterday I got to spend some time in the afternoon taking a nap with daddy. It was really nice and I'm getting daddy trained as well, mom was really easy. I get to go outside and play in the timber mom will have pics of that later. Nanny Janice I want you to know that you are a very special person to help gma Mary and gpa Phil the way you do. You too have so much love to give and I am a very lucky puppy to have you in my life. Mom is figuring this out

Hi Everyone,

Mom is working on getting this figured out. She posted pictures but will have to work on getting the headings under each picture. The more she does it the better she will get. I think you can figure out which one goes with each this time. A little more information that mom forgot last night in my first post. There is a little history to my name. Dad had suggested Rusty when mom left to get me and didn't make a final decision until he got to meet me. He really likes H on CSI Miami and that is who I am named for because he has a little attitude. The rest of the story my first mom Mary has a sister who passed away last year from liver failure. My new dad had no way of knowing that her sister Carol used to call her husband Mr. H. And she collected angels. When my mom asked Mary if she had seen my angel wings she told her no. Mom took pictures and she posted one so you can see the way my hair grows on my shoulders looks like angel wings. Mary told mom that it was her sister's way of helping her find me a good home. Now that my crown(the little longer hair on my head) is getting a little longer there is a little devil horn. Mom says that is for dad and I can't get 2! I'm kinda missing the snow. We had 3" on Sat. and now it is all melted. I love playing in the snow:) I got to get groomed for the first time on Sat. and the groomer said I was the best puppy she had ever had. That made Mary and mom proud. I do try to make my people happy:) Today we get to clean house and run a few errands. Hi Everyone,

If you have read of my adventures before on the sbgcockerkids blog hello and I'm glad you found me. If you are new to my adventures WELCOME! A little bit of history here. I was born in Westfield, PA my mom was Bee and my dad is Weylin. I was the last of their litter to find a home but things just happened the way they were supposed to be. My new dad told my mom that something was missing from her life that being a dog. She started looking on line for a puppy. When she found the sbgcockersandquilts website she was very impressed with what she saw. After e-mailing Mary and talking to her once she had a good feeling about where I was coming from. At first she wanted a black cocker but I won her heart over to buff. Mary e-mailed mom that some people were coming to look at me on Sunday but that the man wanted an older dog and the woman wanted a puppy. My new mom e-mailed back that might not be the best home for me. On Sunday Mary had just e-mailed my mom a few minutes before she called to say that dad had told her to call the people in PA and tell them that they would take me. And the next day she made the drive from WI to PA to get me. We all had a wonderful visit and then it was time for me to be off into my new life. We had a long drive and I did really well. We stopped a lot and I got to get out and play and do business. Dad called several times to see how we were doing. He asked to talk to me once and I just chewed the phone. Then dad told mom to hurry up and get home he wanted to meet me. When we got home I got in bed with dad and had to growl and bark a little but that didn't last long we hit it off right away and I have got my place to sleep and let's say it's NOT on the floor. I try very hard to make my people happy and their training is going quite well. I go outside and go potty and I get treats. I get told no sometimes and when I am good I get more treats. I've got this figured out. We got to take a trip in dad's big truck and mom follows in a pilot car because dad hauls oversize loads. Well one day dad said I was riding with him and that's what I got to do for the next 3 days. It's really cool! But I can't wait till I get big enough to jump up in the bed. I have it pretty good, plenty of food mom can make my egg and cottage cheese at night in the truck. I have toys, bully sticks water bowls in both the truck and the pick up and I know how much I am loved! I am dad's little buddy. Mom tells me that he has never been this way with any other dog. Not to brag but who wouldn't love a face that looks at you the way I do? Today we got to get frozen yogurt at Culver's that was really good and I hope we get to do that again soon!:) I'm all tuckered out right now so I will close this little introduction.
