Hi Everyone,

It's really nice here at home today! I've got to go out and play ball with mom several times today and I love it. Last time we were out mom took a ball and I brought another one with me in my mouth and when mom threw the ball I went after it and tried to get both in my mouth but that didn't work very well and mom didn't have her camera to take a picture. Yesterday we picked up sticks in my timber and we filled the firepit. Dad is home and we are glad we missed him! He has to take the chain saw out and cut up one big branch for mom he won't let her use the chainsaw and I think that's probably a pretty good idea. Then mom got out a Harley jacket she had for her girl Lizzie and put that on me and my Harley Hat so I get to be a Harley Dude for Halloween. I didn't care for it much but I got a great treat. Dad brought home the bone from his bone-in rib eye steak yum!!!!!!!!!!! Hope you all have a safe and fun Halloween. Put your paws together and pray for Gma Mary & Gpa Philip! Mr. H:)

Mom thought this bush was really pretty at Aunt Germaine's today. I hope you like it Gma & Gpa!

Grandma was baking oatmeal cookies today and yes I got a cookie while mom was out raking leaves. I got doggie treats while she was inside.

Aunt Germaine was happy to see me today too. It's only been a week since we got to visit the last time. It was the first time I had been to Aunt G's and I had to sniff everything and make sure it was alright and I had to bark at the bird I heard but couldn't find (it was a bird clock). I was on duty anyway.

Hi Everyone,

It's with a very heavy heart that mom writes my blog today. She told me that gma Mary & gpa Philip won't be able to have any more puppies. Gpa Philip has to have another surgery and Gma Mary is very sick. They both are in all our prayers and I will put my paws together every night with mom to pray for both of them and we hope that all of you will do the same. I know first paw that there is now better place in the world to be born than at SBG! All of us have known love from the first breath we took. And we will know only love all our lives because of the care and love that gma and gpa put into finding us good homes. I know that mom is sad and I am staying right beside her. Gma & Gpa she is telling me that we will come and see you very soon! I promise you that I will always make you proud and so will all your other puppies! Tonight everyone go out there and put your front paws together and pray for Gma & Gpa:( Mr. H:(

My Halloween card from Autumn!

Hi Everyone,

My friend Autumn sent me a Halloween card and I finally figured out that I'm supposed to chew it up! Autumn' mom actually sent it to me in the mail mom showed me that and I thought it was pretty cool! I have so many good doggie friends and I went with mom today to run some errands and everybody thinks I'm so handsome and mom was so proud that I was behaving so much better. I still have to defend my turf and my mom but I am learning that when she says it's ok that it's ok for me to be a good boy. I am such a good boy because of all that my gma Mary & gpa Philip taught me before I got to go out and explore the world with mom and dad. I LOVE YOU Gma & Gpa and I hope that I can come and see you soon!!! Put your best paw forward and wag it if you've got it! Mr. H:)

Hi Everyone,

Well it's warm here today and I got to play in the timber! Mom found all 5 of my balls under the china hutch~ Now when they go missing she will know where to look!!! The other day I had to just wing it and I picked up a piece of bark! It worked but I really like my balls better! My favorites are the one that squeak! Then I don't know what mom was thinking when she put my food bag in the paper!!! I helped myself and got it out and even found a few kernels of kibble. Thank goodness for my big paws to help hold it down while I shred it! Mom and tell me that I am a great paper shredder! Just when I think I'm really getting mom trained look what she does! I will keep working on it! I turned 11 months old on Sat. and mom told me that next month I will get a birthday party when I am 1! Hope that means treats~~~~~Oh yea! Mom got me some peanut butter cookies when we went to get my food and more shampoo the other day! Hope that you are all having a great day! Mom tells me we have to enjoy the weather today because we have high wind warnings out for here tomorrow and Wed. Just think if it got under my ears just right I could fly and catch those geese I'm always barking at! Put your best paw forward and wag it if you've got it! Mr. H:)

Sorry my mom is sooooooooooooooo slow sometimes. Mom told me to behave Gma Mary teaches all her puppies to be picture perfect. The sooner I am a good boy the sooner I can get out. And Cheri was right I do look pretty darn cute in here! Gma Mary this one is for YOU:):)

This was on the ride home from our visit in Manitowac. Hey mom has everything under control and why not take advantage of the time to charge my puppy batteries so I can play when I get home?

Hi Everyone,

Yesterday was a little calmer around here. Mom put all the things she has hanging outside in the garage. There are hooks up in the ceiling she told me that is so all that stuff will be out of the way but still easy to get to next spring. It's finally getting cooler so I'm beginning to think that mom isn't completely crazy. I was really wondering about her for awhile. She kept telling me that it was going to be cooler and it would be in the 80's. I thought she was nuts! I do love her anyway though. Cheri said "he follows you everywhere doesn't he?" Mom told her that I do. When we are at home if she goes in the kitchen I'm in the kitchen I just get comfortable and then she goes into the office and you get the idea. At least it doesn't take long for me to get comfortable. Sometimes I just wish she would stay put for a few minutes before moving again. She keeps telling me that I can stay where I am she will be right back but I don't have that one down yet. It is my job to follow her. Yesterday when we went for a ride to visit our friend Bonnie I was a good boy in her office but I was protecting mom when we got back in the dually and Bonnie came out to say good bye. Mom told me that I have to learn the difference when to be protective and when it's ok. Last night we got to go to Jeanne's house and mom and Sarah were stamping out more cards! Mom really likes doing that she says it's fun and they will do a lot more of that. Maybe she will put up some pictures one day. She needs to get a stamp of me and maybe make some cards for me to send to my friends........ mom are you listening?? It's sunny and cool here this morning making it a perfect day! Mom told me that dad is coming home and she can't wait to see him. I can't wait to have him play with me!!! My New Friend Ice Road Trucker Alex Deborgorski!

This is the truck that will be taking Alex on his book tour. It has a 21' bunk on it and 2 screens that slide out to display advertising and pictures. It is AWESOME. Mom is going to write a story on it when they get back from the tour!

I train everyone that has a treat that they really belong to me. I will do cute tricks, look at you so cute that you can't resist and I always get the treat. This time I even made Alex laugh! But I got that treat!!!!

Hi Everyone,

I really had fun when we got to Two Rivers, WI! Mom & dad's friend Alex was signing books at his first stop on his book signing tour! He signed our book adding my name in the to part! Alex thinks I'm really pretty and loves my soft fur and big paws! Mom got to go to supper with Alex and mom and dad's friends Carl & Cheri then we got to stay overnight instead of driving so far back home so late. I got to play and sniff in a new house. Cheri thinks I'm the most beautiful cocker spaniel she's ever seen! (Thanks for the bath mom) It was a really fun night and day today! Alex has a loud laugh and Cheri and Lindsey thought I was nice and warm when I decided to lay on their feet. Mom told me how famous Alex is on TV and that he drives his truck on an ice road over frozen water. Mom also told me that I would never have to worry about her or dad taking me on roads like that. She said that the roads will get icy here in the winter but that they will have a solid base under them and not water! I had to bark at Carl when he came in last night and then of course I was a good boy after that. Mom was pretty proud of me for being pretty good. They are headed to 2 stops in NJ, West Chester, PA and then on to Times Square in NYC and then will be on Fox and Friends next Monday morning at 8:45 check it out. Mom has told me that the book is going to be a great read! If you follow my friend on his show Ice Road Trucker you will love this website. I have to tell Gma Mary and Gpa Philip that everyone was so impressed with me on our visit and mom told them all about where I came from and they thought you are GREAT! Hi Everyone,
I have so much to tell you about the last 2 days mom is going to put in 2 blogs! Yesterday morning we were off to have lunch with Grandma Catherine (mom didn't get pictures they went to the cafe and I got to sit in the car). Our visit was a little short grandma had a meeting to go to. Then we drove up to see Aunt Germaine in the nursing home she is at while she is recovering from knee replacement surgery. When mom went in at first she left me in the car. But they said it was ok for me to come in as long as I was on a leash. So mom came out and got me and she had a little talk with me on the way in that I HAD to be a good boy!!!! Well mom was floored at how good I was. She was afraid that all the people and walkers would scare me a little but she should have known better! Everyone there thought that I was the cutest cocker spaniel! One nurse gave me a nice cold drink in a cup she told mom that her sister raises cockers and she thought I was beautiful! Then we got to go into Aunt Germaine's room for our visit! Well she has a bifold door that has a magnetic lock. Yes I figured that out!! Mom caught me in the bathroom just outside the door. She actually trusted me again and out I went I got a little futher down the hall this time. When we got back this time I had to get back on my leash! But all in all it was a wonderful visit! Then we were off to our final destination for the day. I got to meet the Ice Road Trucker Alex Deborgorski! He was at his first book signing in Two Rivers, WI and it was AWESOME! Mom was just catching up on her computer when she heard me snoring. She wishes that she could put sound with this picture but she's not as smart as Abby's mom who can take videos! Hi Everyone,
Yesterday we got to go to another park with my friend Seppi and mom didn't take her camera and she was kicking her butt the whole time we were there. So you have to use your imagination. We walked down this really nice path and at the end was a nice little beach on Lake Kegongonsa. The water is really shallow there and I ventured in and jumped around like a deer. Seppi ran and swam out farther bringing back a stick. We had sooooo much fun. Then last night Seppi's mom invited mom over for supper and I got to go and visit. It's really nice to have a buddy to play with! Seppi gets to go to a doggie park almost every day. His mom and dad were really happy with the pictures that mom took and sent them around the world. Mom thought that was pretty cool. Mom left me home before we went to the park to go and get her computer (she had it checked for viruses and there weren't any) and then she took the pictures of dad's blue bike for him for Christmas. She was pretty happy with those pictures too. She needs to figure out how to take the motorcycle and me I would be really cute by the bike especially if I had my Harley hat and bandana on! Hint Hint mom! I'm not sure what we will do today! It's sunny here again. We were supposed to get a little rain but it didn't happen and it looks like it will be sunny all week again. Mom says we really need the rain but she doesn't mind not having to wipe off my wet paws when I come in. I hope you have a great day wherever you are! Go out there and put your best paw forward! Hi Everyone,

Boy did I have fun my first time going to the dog park with my friend Seppi! Seppi's mom Ursula would throw the ball and Seppi loves to go swimming but I'm not sure about that yet. Dad called when we were there and he was afraid it was too cold for me to swim. I got my feet wet and so I got a bath when we got home. There were some other dogs there to and I had to say hi to all of them. Mom told me that I was pretty good. Sometimes she had to call me several times if I was visiting with another dog. It was a beautiful day, the wind was calm. It's been windy here the last couple of days. I hope that we get to go again soon! Seppi gets to go to a dog park almost every day! There are some other parks that our moms talked about going together! Hope you enjoy all the pictures mom took lots! And now Seppi's mom will have pictures of him at the dog park since she doesn't have any! Hope you had a fun day! Go out and put your best paw forward! Tomorrow Is Going To Be Fun!!

I was waiting for mom to come back in from getting the mail. Mom loves to see my bright and sunny little face in the window when she comes home!

It's been a pretty slow day, mom left me home when she went to a friends to help with some yard work. Yesterday I got to go but was a little noisy so I got to stay home today. But mom had me outside with her when she got home. She finished putting the mulch around her new flowers and her ferns and then watered everything. Tomorrow we get to go to Seppi's and his mom is going to make lunch and then we get to go to the doggie park. Mom tells me how much fun Seppi has when he goes there and she is sure that I will have a blast. I told her not to forget her camera so she can get pictures for my blog. Sometimes I think she would forget her butt if it wasn't attached!!! She tells me she wishes she could lose some of it! I will give a full update tomorrow! Have a GREAT day! Hi Everyone,

Gma Mary this post is for you! I have to tell you I know my mom is crazy! After my friend Seppi was over and I was tired I had to go to the door and see what all the noise was interrupting my nap so I can recharge for my next adventure and there is my mom with this noisy machine and she's blowing leaves from around her rocks back out in the yard. She told me when she was finished that dad would chop them up with the lawn mower when he gets home! Yes my yard is reallly nice but I think my mom is just nuts sometimes! But she was nice enough to take a picture of another one of her flowers for you and gpa Philip! Mom told me that gpa is doing very well and happy to be back helping with all the MOB please tell him that I said hello and I love you both! How is Violet doing mom hasn't shown me a picture of her in awhile I think she is very pretty and I hear that she is the new queen of the Mob! I hope that you are feeling better very soon and mom told me to tell you that she hopes this post makes you smile!
