Hi Everyone,
Today mom told me that we remember our veterans who have served and fallen and we thank every one in the military for what they do every day to help keep us safe! THANK YOU! The only one I know in the military is Brent and my little brother Max. Please tell all the men and women who serve with you that we say THANK YOU!!!!!!!!! We hope that you have a wonderful day and that it is nice where you are. Dad bought me a poppy from a veteran at the truck stop and put it on my collar to honor all of you today! It is a honor to know you Brent and know that we thank you EVERY DAY! To all my doggie friends put a paw up in salute today to all the brave men and women in the service! Mr. H:)

Hi Everyone,

I am just kicking back in the room and taking a nap with daddy in our motel room. It's really nice and all the people here are nice and think I'm so beautiful. Two girls yesterday petted me and one of them said he looks so soft and then when she petted me she told me that I could be a stuffed animal I am so cute. Mom had to buy some new balls for me since I lost one. And mom brought along my favorite frog from home! It's hot out here and I hope that it's nice where you are and you have a wonderful holiday! Hi Everyone, Before we left home I got to take a stroll in my timber and the flowers are out and really smell good! Mom got to mow the timber the night before we left and really enjoyed the wonderful smell! I love going out and playing ball or fetching a stick. That is so much fun and mom and dad are getting pretty well trained at throwing the ball for me and when I can't play in the timber we play in places that are safe or when we get a motel room. We are in a room in New Mexico right now and the beds are really high but they have a bench that mom put by the bed and I can use that to jump up. It's just like at home when I use the trunk at the end of the bed to get up and down. Dad has taught me how to shake a paw and I'm very good at it now. More doggie treats I love the way mom and dad's training is going! It's in the 90's here and we will take a walk in the morning when it's cooler otherwise we stay in the room where it is cool and comfortable. We had to go to Corpus Chisti, TX and dad loaded a Navy boat and we are taking it to San Diego. But we can't go thru AZ till Tuesday because of the holiday and they won't let dad go because we have a permit load. Mom has a height pole on the dually this trip and I get to ride with dad. Dad and I are getting to be really good buddies. His training is going as good as moms now. He likes to hold me and say daddy's got the doggie. We play and have lots of fun! Dog life is really good! Mom really hopes we get to visit a few friends in CA while we are there we'll know more next week. I hope I get to meet mom's friends. I want to wish mom's friend Mikie a very Happy Birthday June, 2:) And I hope that we get to wish her Happy Birthday in person! Now go out there and put your best paw forward! Mr. H:)

Mom Says I'm Cute

Hi Everyone, Mom is still working on it she's not really sure how she got the words under the picture in the previous picture, it should be easy but it's not! It would help if mom was smarter with the computer! She will keep at it until she gets it and she is really surprised how many people check up on me and how many are following us. I want to say HI to all the firedogs we think you are all soooooo cool and cute and have the best pictures. It looks like fun there in the firehouse and mom says you all look like such good boys. Maybe if we get out your way sometime we could come and visit. That would be FUN! It's supposed to be hot and humid again here today but it doesn't seem as bad as yesterday. Ok well mom has some other things to do so she has to go. I hope you all are staying cool now that it's finally warm out. Gma Mary I hope you get feeling better soon! Hi Everyone, Mom hopes this works now she went to the computer hospital last night they are in the same building as my vet! That makes it pretty handy. I'm 6 Months Old Today!

Hi Everyone, I am 6 months old today and I got to play ball a little this morning but it was toooooo hot to be outside too much today. Mom is hoping that the pictures post better tonight. She has some really cute ones of me in dad's truck and then if that works she will put up the rest of the pictures of me and Max and Brent. If you are where it's hot try to stay cool and I hope that everyone is able to get outside and play at SBG! I see that Reef is the only guy left and mom is sure that someone will come and fall in love with him like she fell in love with me:) Hugs and kisses to gma Mary and I hope that everyone there is feeling better. Hi Everyone, I got groomed this morning and mom and dad thought that I look great! My Grooming Report Card was as follows: Condition of Coat Luxuriously soft and tangle free Condition of Teeth Fresh as a daisy and don't forget to brush Condidion of Ears Very clean this time Condition of Eyes Bright and Beautiful My Behavior Was A Absolutely wonderful! just excited to see everything going on. Mom and dad love my report cards they are always so good! When mom picked me up we got to go and visit Max (aka King Frost) Max and his dad Brent were back in Sun Prairie visting Brent's mom and dad and grandma. We got to play just like we did back at SBG! It was fun and I hope that we get to visit again when Brent gets to come home again! The girls at the groomers wrote my name on my new bandana and I got to bring my toothbrush home. Dog life is pretty good mom and dad love me and take really good care of me and I love them very much and show them with all the doggie kisses and hugs I give them. I want to send gma Mary and gpa Philip a get well wish! Gma Mary works so hard with all the puppies and all those boys really wore her out and now it looks like they will all find their forever homes which is kinda sad because she would love to keep us all but we are toooooo much work! I don't know what she would do without all the help gpa Philip gives her. They are the best and we are very lucky puppies that is where we were born! We're Empty:)

Hi Everyone,

Dad finally got the building he was hauling unloaded yesterday! We left here in New Jersey on Monday afternoon to go to the George Washington Bridge so we could cross at 8:30pm. There were lots of oversized loads there waiting to cross. The police close the bridge so all the big loads can cross without any other traffic. We went a different route around New York City than we usually go. Mom thinks the other way is cooler. But one of the escorts pointed out the Apollo Theater and told her that it's pretty famous. We has to go out on Long Island again and it was quite a deal. Escorts had to block off a corner and a small street all day so dad would have enough room to get down to the place we were going. All I cared about was that they had nice grass when we got there. It took us 5 hours to go 37 miles. Then on Tuesday it started raining and was like that all day. I got wet every time I had to go out. I think it's worse for mom than it is for me since I like to get wet. The only thing I don't like is I have to sit there and get my paws and ears wiped off every time I get back in the truck or the dually. But mom tells me I'm a really good boy and that it's just part of life being a cocker spaniel. We came back over here to New Jersey and are waiting to see if dad might get a load back home. It was nice yesterday when we got back here mom went to Petco and they have the best treats! Mom went back there and I now have a very nice doggie treat stash:) I was a little naughty last night mom and dad went to bed early they were really tired and I got to chew up the to go container that mom had emptied and put the good stuff in the fridge. That part was a bummer but it still made it a great chew toy for the evening. It's not raining now and it's supposed to get nicer. If I get home and it all works out this weekend I might get to have a playdate with Max (aka King Frost). We all really hope that works out. I love any visit with anybody in the SBG mob! In the picture that mom has on the post it tells what I really think of it all I can chew on my bully stick and mom and dad will take good care of all needs! I hope that you are having a great day! Still in New Jersey

Hi Everyone,

Well we are still in New Jersey and hopefully we get to go into Long Island on Monday night. For now mom got some pics of me in the dually and now knows she has to roll the windows up a little more so I'm not tempted to bail out! We are in a room now and it's big enough that I get to play ball and I got to take a bath this morning. I love the water and would get in every time if mom and dad would let me! It's supposed to rain tonight and hopefully be nice tomorrow. Today was warm but there was a nice breeze. Mom loves seeing all the pictures of all my SBG buddies on the SBG Blog! What a great group of kids with fur! One of these days I might get to join the RVing bunch. Dad says one of these days we are going to take the camper and the bikes and just go somewhere. I'll let you know when that happens. The road is the road and I don't care how I go just so long as I get to go! I hope everyone is having a great day! Yesterday I had to play inside because of the icky weather mom took some pictures of me getting the lid off a pop bottle. I want to send Nanny Janice a special message I hope that we get to come and visit you again soon! Mom knows about trying to post comments sometimes she has trouble too and she will cuss her computer! Know that I remember and love you:) Mom says we get to play ball later today when all the grass is dry. We will get to get a room later today and I really like that too. I hope that everyone at SBG can go outside and enjoy a sunny day too! Mom told me this morning if we had another puppy I would have a partner in crime. Dad says that I am enough! We'll see down the road on day maybe......... We are sitting in South Plainfield, NJ and can't go into Long Island till tomorrow night I am the only one who is just kicked back about everything. Hi Everyone,

I'm still here in Carlisle, PA but today it's sunny and not so windy. Dad got the truck all polished up and it's looking REALLY good. Mom had the dually parked in front of it and I was in my favorite spot in the back seat and she took some pictures. Then dad came by and was giving me some treats and he was good enough to take his cap off and block the sun from shining in my eyes while I was being a good boy sitting until he said ok so I could have my treat. Training my mom and dad is going pretty good! Mom told me that we should be able to play ball a little while this afternoon. That sounds like fun! I'd like to send special Happy Mother's Day wishes to gma Mary and Nanny Janice:) I have been my mommy's special little boy today! I am getting bigger and I'm able to get around in my world a little easier. My latest trick today was dumping dad's pepsi our of his cup in the dually into my water bowl. I like being able to go with mom and dad but I'm getting into things when they leave me. Never anything too bad but mom says she has to start doing a few things a little bit different to keep me out of trouble. My mom and dad love me!!!! I make them laugh and they are always telling me what a handsome boy and what a good boy I am. It's really windy here today or we would have played ball. Maybe tomorrow will be better. It's pretty cool too. Sounds like it might rain in the next couple of days which I like better than mom and dad do.
