Mom Is Still Crazy!

Hi Everyone, I'm making mom update my blog because she did everything else today! I have no idea what has gotten in to her but she was still cleaning and outside watering flowers with some liquid food, sparying for asian beetles and box elder bugs. We had to stay in while she did that and for awhile after and then she was really careful where she would let us go. Then she washed all the windows on the outside, heck she washed all of them on the inside yesterday. Then to top it all off she gave us a bath!!! I think she is carrying this cleaning thing just a little too far! She's been doing laundry and I do have to say that all our blankets in the dually are clean. We have to leave in the morning to go meet dad in Georgia. We miss him and he told mom to tell us that he misses us and he loves us. So we are headed to bed here in a few minutes so we can get up really early and make it thru Chicago before the traffic gets really bad. Mom said no pictures tonight and I let her slide with that. It was a beautiful day and we did get to go outside when mom was cleaning the dually and earlier mom let us out when she was watering her flowers but we had to go in early when I tried to drink the stream of water with the plant food in it! What a day! Go out there and put you best paw forward! Mr. H:)

Mom is sooooooooooo in LOVE with Abby! You know you make me look bad sometimes sis? Mom was talking about a muzzle today when I was barking at people when we were in the car. She told me that she would bet that you aren't naughty like that!

Hi Everyone,

I don't know what got into mom but she just cleaned everything today! She was washing screens and windows and has everything dusted and has done a little rearranging, it's just nuts! We did get to go for a ride though she had a few errands to run and took us along. That was nice she didn't get out of the house until almost 3PM. She took us out to do business but to go anywhere it was getting pretty late I thought. Then when we got home she was in the yard and had this noisy thing going and blowing leaves out of the sticky bushes that line the front of the house on one side! She's been doing laundry and washing bedding and rugs and curtains. I just don't understand it all. Our room is nice and clean and all mom's grooming things are in a little plastic organizer she got. Now for the really big news! Mom saw Abby's blog and the picture of the graduation card we sent her and the little book that mom made for her mom. And I am happy to report that Gma Mary has a book just like that and one like the one she made of me and the one she made of Mrs. B. Thanks to Katie! Gma Mary was really happy with her little books:):) Ok everyone you know the drill go out there and put your best paw forward! Mr. H:)

Hi Everyone,

I have no problem jumping up on to mom and dad's bed but Mrs. B wouldn't go up the way I do on the wood chest at the foot of the bed. Mom made a comment about wishing she could buy a set of steps and dad told her "why don't you go out in the shed and get a board and wrap something around it?" Thank you dad!! Well mom went to Menards and bought a new board and 2- 7"x14" tan stones about 4" thick. Then went to JoAnn Fabrics and bought a half a yard of fleece with dog bones on it. When she came home she wrapped the board with the fabric and then put the stones on top of it to make a step and then she went down in the basement and got a rug that she had used in her old truck and put it on top of the trunk and now Mrs. B will jump right up! Mom was pretty proud of herself it was all put together for about $10:) I do have to thank Jerra for the offer to send us a set of steps that she has and when she talked to mom she offered anyone needing a set of steps to let her know and she would send them on. That is soooo nice of her:) THANKS Jerra:) It was 79 here today and when mom got home from having lunch with her friend Bonnie we got to go outside and play ball!!! We ran and played till we were pooped! Mom has been working on getting things done around the house and she has straightened up our room and organized her grooming things. Mom tells me that she wants to have all the things in the house done and then when it's nice and dad wants to go for a motorcycle ride they can go. That means home in our room for us:( It was nice to talk to Gma Mary the other day and we hope that she just keeps getting better and better!! We LOVE you Gma Mary, Gpa Philip, Nanny Janice and the MOB! Keep putting your best paw forward and keep those paws together every night I know we are helping Gma Mary! Mr. H:)

Hi Everyone,

We are VERY excited mom called Gma Mary today and got to have a little visit. She made the noise that she does that makes us both howl and Gma Mary got to hear her sweet little Bee's voice for the very first time! That made mom sooooooooo happy and Gma Mary was happy to hear her little girl too! Gma hopes to figure out her laptop and get on line again and she said that she feels bad not being able to thank everyone for all the cards, gifts and well wishes but mom told her that we all understand and just want her to get stronger and we're all happy that she is home with Gpa Philip and the Mob! Gma Mary all your puppies put their paws together and pray for you just like our people pray for you! Gma told mom that she can close her eyes and feel all of us praying for her and it makes her feel good:) It was really good to talk to you today and we hope that we can get together with Angie soon and she will be able to make a video that you can watch us! We will do that for mom every time!! All you doggies go out there and put your best paw forward you know how proud you make Gma Mary! Mr. H:)

Hi Everyone,

We are home and we got to go outside today:) It was warmer today and mom cleaned the dead daylilies off and put them in the firepit. She let us out with her when she was doing this. Mrs. B got in trouble a little bit. She thinks she should go in the firepit and mom doesn't like that! It's more fun when we play with the ball and mom says we're going to be able to do a lot more of that. We baths about a week ago and a couple days later mom gave us both haircuts. She did ok but she's still learning. She split her cactus into 2 pots and then started another little piece in the orginal pot. And she has sent some cactus starts home with Seppi's mom and our neighbor across the street. She still has lots more pieces she hopes she can give away. Hope it's nice where you are! What Does That Mean?

Hi Everyone, Mom says today is April Fools Day and that she is going to tell dad that the rabbit died! Can anybody tell me what that means? She says it isn't really true but that she's just going to tell him that because of it being April Fool's Day. I guess I don't understand this. I asked her why she would tell him something that isn't true. And she just answered that it's kind of a day for people to play jokes on each other. I think it sounds kind of goofy to me. But you know we never can tell about our people sometimes right Abby? Boy you know just as well as I do your mom can be a handful for you some days too. They certainly are lucky that Gma Mary let them have us they needed us really really bad:) Well anyway I hope that everyone has a fun April Fool's Day and to all my doggie friends go out there and put your best paw forward and show your human how to really do it!
